Freedom* of Speech & Expression (*conditions applied)

“Speech” or “expression” is the BASIC NEED of anything that’s alive. It should have been the least regulated Right.
“Freedom” is basically “freedom to” (do something) and “freedom from” (something).  In this sense our constitution grants us freedom to express our thoughts and freedom from any external constraint that tries to prevent us from practicing this right.

But our Right to freedom of speech is not absolute. It comes with a clause that restricts us from expressing something that is harmful to the society. Unfortunately, both – the enabling right and the restraining clause have been misused to their maximum possible extent.
