Scope of Media
Media industry is very vivid and one of the most fascinating industry. Mass media, as it is called theoretically, is directly connected with the mass audience. The main work of Media industry is to provide information and generate public opinion. The Media industry first started with the mass distribution of newspapers and magazines. Today, the scope of media has changed and media has many forms like TV and radio, Entertainment–films and videos, internet. Electronic Media
Electronic media is overtaking all the conventional media of communication. As journalist writes for his reader, broadcast journalists speak for his viewers. The programmers like we people, big fight etc. are produced by TV journalists. When you see 5 minutes NEWS, there is big team of News Reporter, Writers, Editors and New Officers working day and night for that bulletin. All are trained TV journalists. In Electronic Media there is big scope in every field. The Media Centre YWCA is centrally located in Delhi (Connaught Place) on Ashoka Road, (near Patel Chowk Metro station). One can reach here either by metro or bus. We have a big & environment friendly campus where we had done most of our outdoor shoots and projects. The Media Centre YWCA is well equipped with latest equipments & instruments. Media Centre believes on practical knowledge rather than just the theoretical knowledge, that’s why, we provide our students to work on latest equipments like camera and editing suite etc…

News Room
A newsroom is the place where Journalists. Reporters, Editors, and Producers, along with other staffers work to gather news to be broadcast on television, cable or radio. We have a large news room and studio, where we undertake all the indoor & outdoor shoots. The news room of media centre gives you the feel of a broadcast channel. In newsroom besides anchoring, we teach our student live reporting, where they learn how to interact with people.

Camera
The role of cameraman in media industry is of much importance. He is the eye of audience. The theory and practical knowledge of camera is very important while working in the field. We provide HD Camera to our students for shoot; we teach them how to shoot in different condition & atmospheres. For example- how to shoot on chroma scene as well as in natural backgrounds along with indoor & outdoor shoots. We teach them different aspect of lighting like three point lighting, lighting for outdoor & indoor. In the Still Photography we provide our student to work on SLR & DSLR CAMERAS.

Editing
In the film industry there is a famous line that: Film are made on editing table. Now it is true the role of editor is very important after the shooting, he is the real director of the project. Students are trained to work with professional grade non-linear editing equipments. We have an editing Lab where we teach our student to work on latest editing software. We teach our student to work on different workflow of editing like; how to edit for a news, film, documentary etc…

    I personally think that media is a vast industry were only talent works.bt I regret for the introduction of electronic media because as we all know India is a underdeveloped country and unemployment is the main uprising problem so after the introduction of electronic media scope for regular employees n their talent is not coming in front of the society . So I personally, request to enlighten the quality of ordinary people n their talent

    This article is very nice i have read many things which i dont even knw about media. Proper description me all the media like electronics etc. I jst like overall article.
